Responsibilities
Working closely with the CFO with a focus on sales and marketing analytics
Driving FP&A activities – annual plans, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis
Performing sales analytics utilizing ad hoc data compilations and static reporting
Leading monthly financial consolidation process including internal subsidiary reporting
Developing, maintaining, and presenting key operational KPIs
Supporting monthly financial close and reporting process
Participating in acquisition integration activities as well as ERP and other software implementations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis
Collaborative and outgoing, with a desire to improve processes and profitability
Expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
Preferred
Power BI experience is preferred
Manufacturing experience is preferred
