Responsibilities

Supports the Ground Systems Team to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentations
Supports business management and technical meetings
Supports the efforts of engineers, suppliers and schedule planners
Supports technical evaluations of proposals
Supports Risk, Issue and Opportunity management
Supports requirements management processes and baselines
Supports capturing, tracking and reporting metrics
Supports the prioritization of tasks received from other team members
Supports drafting change management packages for boards while coordinating actions between stakeholders and package owners

Required

Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience as defined below, OR Master's degree with 3 years of related experience as defined below
Related experience includes professional and/or military experience to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions that include CPLM or CDM
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Active DoD Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs

Preferred

Active Top Secret clearance
Active SAP
Security + Certification
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Atlassian Suite: JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence
Experience with CPLM or CDM
Experience with baseline version control
Experience with DOORs requirements management database
Experience with reviewing USAF Engineering Drawings, Specifications and Technical Orders
