New Grad, Entry LevelEast Lake is seeking several skilled maintenance workers to join their team in Decatur, IL. The role involves performing various maintenance tasks including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as preparing units for rent.

Responsibilities
Cleaning, changing fixtures, outlets, blinds, locks, doors, windows and any other repairs necessary to get the units rent ready
Mowing, trimming and edging the lawns
Trimming bushes and trees
Raking and cleaning up leaves
Cleaning gutters
Snow removal
Repair on demand work orders - leaks in bathrooms, kitchens and walls as well as any subsequent drywall, ceiling or flooring repairs, broken window and doors, kicked in entry doors, fire damages
Pull old carpet, clean and paint to almost complete remodels
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years of age
Experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC systems and general maintenance skills
Drywall repair, drywall hanging and painting experience
Cleaning, changing fixtures, outlets, blinds, locks, doors, windows and any other repairs necessary to get the units rent ready
Mowing, trimming and edging the lawns; trimming bushes and trees; raking and cleaning up leaves; cleaning gutters; and snow removal
Previous maintenance experience
Basic tools
Good work ethic
Communication skills
Must pass a drug test, physical and background check

Valid driver's license
