Test Cell Engineer

Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate the repair of test cell systems
Be the primary focal for select engine models for all test related activities
Coordinate with other test sites for best practices
Posse solid technical skills and solve problems quickly
Support and perform work in compliance to all Environmental, Health, and Safety programs, policies, and regulations
Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work and understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of 5 years of direct manufacturing, assembly, or test cell experience OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of direct manufacturing, assembly, or test cell experience
Airframe and Powerplants license (Or 3 years of jet engine repair experience)
Willing to work overtime to include weekends
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. Therefore, employment will be contingent upon the ability to prove that you meet the status of a U.S. Person as one of the following: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, have been granted asylee or refugee status (i.e., a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Aircraft engine experience on CFM56, CF34, or CT7/T700 engine programs
Project management skills
