Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for facilitation, training, and methodology development
Assist with identifying complex issues, conducting deep-dive analyses, and proposing corrective actions or process modernizations
Compose and edit internal/external memorandums, meeting minutes, and sensitive emails for the Front Office
Utilize systems like the Correspondence Analyst Task Tracker (CATT) and the Law Enforcement Information Management System (LEIMS) to analyze operational data
Provide guidance on employee performance work plans and evaluations using the USA Performance system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Minimum Requirement)
10 years of relevant experience (Minimum Requirement)
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel (central to the program), Word, Access, and PowerPoint
Must be a U.S. citizen and pass a DHS background investigation (SF-85)
