Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support managed care operations and pharmaceutical services
Assist in pharmacy services and reimbursement strategy execution for partner manufacturers and pharmacies
Participate in business development projects, including market research, data analysis, and client engagement
Develop expertise in patient-focused programs and adherence strategies
Conduct presentations highlighting insights, findings, and recommendations in the various programs involved to leadership
Manage a team of agents and supervisors to ensure timely execution of program deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Engage in professional development opportunities, including mentorship of pharmacy students, workshops, and networking events

Required

CA Pharmacists License, active and in good standing
1+ year work experience as a Pharmacist in the United States of America
Strong interest in managed care, pharmaceutical industry services, and patient-centered healthcare
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
Strong sense of accountability and dependability
Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of POS software
Working knowledge of Pharmacy software
