We are seeking a Podcast & Staffing Coordinator to manage systems, schedules, and execution, allowing the founder to focus on leadership, teaching, and writing.

Responsibilities
Coordinating podcast interview outreach and scheduling
Managing interview logistics (Zoom links, reminders, follow-ups)
Editing podcast audio (training provided if needed)
Editing and formatting podcast transcripts
Uploading and scheduling episodes in Kajabi
Drafting show notes and titles (using provided frameworks and AI tools)
Scheduling podcast-related social posts and emails
Maintaining an organized podcast database
Ensuring weekly episodes are released accurately and on time
Collecting staff availability and tracking schedules
Coordinating staff assignments for programs
Managing schedule changes, call-offs, and replacements
Maintaining staffing spreadsheets and calendars
Tracking hours worked and mileage for payroll submission
Coordinating training logistics and workdays
Updating and maintaining staff-related documents and systems
Serving as the primary point person for staffing logistics
Qualification
Required
Strong written editing skills
Comfort with learning changing technology
Highly organized and detail-oriented
A self-starter who enjoys figuring things out
Calm under pressure and good at problem-solving
Tech-savvy and confident learning new tools
A clear, kind, and professional communicator
Someone who enjoys responsibility and follow-through
Preferred
Local to Central Ohio due to the staffing coordination component
