MikeWorldWide (MWW) is looking for a Client Billing Coordinator interested in working within the Finance Department. This role involves providing support with daily deliverables related to client billings and accounts receivable data entry, ensuring accurate communication with account teams and timely processing of invoices.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process accurate client invoices in accordance with contract terms, billing schedules, and company policies
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., account leads, project managers, finance) to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate billing
Maintain and update client billing records, rates, and contract information within accounting system
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status in a professional and timely manner
Support the billing team with routine reporting, data entry, and month-end close tasks
Ensure a timely turnaround in processing invoices in accordance with the monthly close

Qualification

Accounting DegreeDynamics D365Microsoft ExcelCustomer service experienceAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

College Degree, Preferably in Accounting
1-2 years of work experience (post-graduation)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Experience using Dynamics D365 or any other accounting software
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort learning new billing or accounting software
Ability to work individually and in a team setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Customer service experience is a plus!
