Responsibilities

Agile Orchestration: Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) with a focus on engagement and actionable outcomes
Operational Transparency: Maintain clear visibility into sprint health using burn-down charts and real-time dashboards to ensure goals remain realistic and attainable
Backlog Refinement: Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to groom the backlog, ensuring every user story meets a strict "Definition of Ready" before it reaches the team
Strategic Liaison: Bridge the gap between the development team and business stakeholders, aligning technical output with overarching business priorities
Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and resolve impediments. You will partner with Architects, QA, and DevOps to manage complex cross-functional dependencies

Qualification

Required

Proven track record as a Scrum Master within the Salesforce ecosystem or on similar large-scale enterprise platforms
Deep knowledge of Scrum and SAFe frameworks, paired with advanced JIRA management skills
Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments
A solid understanding of Salesforce integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) is highly preferred

Preferred

Active Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
