Responsibilities
Analyze current Record to Report Controllership and Treasury processes (i.e., Treasury processes include cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk, debt management) and identify gaps and inefficiencies
Design standardized, automated, and scalable treasury processes aligned with global best practices
Lead Record to Report and Treasury workstreams within broader finance transformation programs (ERP upgrades, TMS implementations, global process harmonization)
Collaborate with Finance, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury processes
Provide input on system design and configuration for ERP platforms, Record to Report Systems and Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Treasury Systems can include Kyriba, SAP Treasury)
Partner with Solution Architects to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and compliance standards
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
Develop governance models for cash pooling, intercompany funding, and FX hedging strategies
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on controllership and treasury strategy and transformation roadmap
Conduct workshops and training sessions for global treasury teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
8+ years in treasury operations, finance transformation or controllership, with strong focus on treasury processes
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, Quantum, etc.)
Deep understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, FX risk, and debt management
Strong project management and change management capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
MBA or CFA
Experience in global organizations with complex cash and liquidity structures
Knowledge of emerging technologies in treasury (RPA, AI, analytics)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
