Responsibilities
Elevating the visual identity of the Razorback Football program across recruiting, game day, social media, and internal branding platforms
Functioning as the lead graphic designer and lead photographer for the football program
Supporting the Director of Creative Media in creative strategy, content planning, digital content, production, and staff coordination
Creating and maintaining collegial, harmonious working relationships with others
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience in graphic design and photography, preferably within collegiate or professional athletics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
Creative leadership and visual storytelling skills
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with football or high-level athletics programs
Video production and post-production experience
Leadership or mentorship experience with interns or junior staff
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
