Responsibilities
Supervise and support staff who assist individuals during daytime programming
Ensure smooth daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and coaching
Engage directly with individuals when needed through activities, skill-building, and personal care support
Help create a positive and active environment with community outings, group activities, and vocational skill development
Model professionalism, compassion, and teamwork
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (or 5+ years of caregiving experience)
Must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license, car registration, and insurance
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Someone who truly enjoys making a difference through structured daytime support and engagement
