Responsibilities

Responsible for gaining access, developing relationships and building pipeline within Epicor's strategic customer base
Coordinates cross-functional involvement in order to meet account performance objectives and customer needs
Meets assigned targets of revenue and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively leads a cross-functional strategic account planning process to develop performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs
Travels to customer locations in support of sales efforts

Required

Proven track record of sales success in the software industry
Experience with account management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and stay organized
Strong attention to detail and process oriented
3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
High school diploma

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce
Bachelor's degree
