Responsibilities
Provides analytical support to the refinery through sample analysis
Performs laboratory tests proficiently
Interprets and enters laboratory data into the Laboratory Information Management System
Operates and maintains laboratory testing equipment
Performs periodic inspections on equipment
Creates Certificates of Analysis for release of finished products
Provides first-aid treatment as needed
Maintains a clean and well stocked work area
Assists in inventorying and ordering supplies
Maintains good working relationships with co-workers and customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of petroleum products helpful
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong relationship skills, team player
Customer focused
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Above average computer skills
Must be willing to be first aid trained
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
A clean MVR is required
