Responsibilities

Through the development of inspiring and innovative recruitment and intern experience tactics in addition to the launch of new recruiting technology and branding tools, the recruiter will ensure we leave no stone unturned in uncovering & nurturing remarkable talent to drive innovation
As part of the role, this team member will also power other pipeline strategies that deliver talent solutions worldwide
These strategies will be rooted in our commitment to a Global Intern experience
The recruiter will advise the business on recruiting best practices; on-campus event strategy and content; summer intern program design; and candidate selling and closing
The recruiter will work with a variety of social media and digital recruiting tools with the support of a collaborative team, both within the recruiting team and in the company
The recruiter will be expected to deliver an Intern Program with external recognition in the form of rankings, awards and placement as a top tier program
They will have responsibility for providing guidance and leadership to Campus Ambassadors and recruiting teams both on campus and through virtual recruitment efforts
The recruiter will partner closely with program leaders, executive business leadership and external stakeholders to build capabilities to drive relevant, impactful attraction & engagement outcomes
The ability to leverage CRM best practices to generate engagement strategies that drive consumer-like experiences for top talent prospects is essential
The ability to liaise with BHR, university partners and executive business leaders to support Talent Community development is a key to success in the role

Required

A minimum of a bachelor's degree required
3-5 years recruiting experience with a focus on early intake talent
3 years of experience developing innovative talent marketing programs and technology solutions to engage and nurture early intake talent
2+ years of proven success in talent engagement
Strong capabilities in relationship building, client management, strategic and critical thinking, project management and problem resolution
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must be self-directed and able to handle large projects at the same time
Excellent project management capabilities
Experience with Workday ATS and candidate relationship management tools
