Responsibilities
Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, data changes, and offboarding
Maintain accurate and compliant employee data within HRIS systems
Support HR system workflows, approvals, and data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy
Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, onboarding, turnover, compliance)
Assist with setup and maintenance of scheduled and workflow-driven reports
Ensure HR processes align with U.S. employment compliance requirements (data privacy, record retention, audit readiness)
Support audits and internal data requests by gathering documentation and validating accuracy
Maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational trackers to improve process consistency
Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing systems or shared inboxes within defined SLAs
Triage and escalate issues appropriately while providing clear guidance to employees and managers
Qualification
Required
Five plus years of U.S.-based HR Operations experience
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling or similar)
Strong Excel skills with experience in HR reporting, data validation, and audits
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
Strong documentation habits and ability to maintain SOPs, checklists, and operational trackers
Preferred
Experience supporting HR teams during transitions or system/process changes
Familiarity with HR service desk or ticketing workflows
Experience partnering with global or offshore HR operations teams
Ability to quickly assess operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Execution-focused mindset with strong follow-through and minimal ramp-up time
