Responsibilities

Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to personal lines customers
Prepare and process quotes, proposals, applications, endorsements, and insurance certificates
Assess risk and coverage, and review and update policies as needed
Handle customer inquiries over the phone, in-person, and via general correspondence
Maintain client activity tracking, files, billing, and process payments

Qualification

Illinois insurance licenseProperty & casualty insuranceMicrosoft Office proficiencyEffective communicationHigh-volume workload handlingApplied Systems Epic experienceOrganizational skills

Required

Ability to pass and maintain an Illinois insurance license
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and general office skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Ability to handle a high-volume, dynamic workload

Preferred

Minimum 2 years of property & casualty insurance office experience preferred
Experience with Applied Systems Epic software is a plus
