Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Printing
RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth for their industrial printing business, focusing on engineered printing solutions in manufacturing environments. The role involves hands-on selling, team leadership, and developing a scalable sales strategy while collaborating with various teams to deliver solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
Own and grow revenue across assigned territories and key accounts
Lead, coach, and support a small team of industrial sales professionals (as applicable)
Drive new business development with OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial end users
Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving capital equipment and custom solutions
Develop accurate forecasts, pipeline reviews, and territory plans
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling technical or engineered products (industrial printing, automation, packaging, labeling, or similar)
Sales leadership experience or readiness to step into a management role
Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex buying processes
Comfortable engaging with plant managers, engineers, operations leaders, and executives
Willingness to travel as needed (typically 30–50%)
Preferred
Experience in industrial printing technologies (inkjet, laser, thermal, marking & coding, labeling)
Background in manufacturing, packaging, converting, or automation markets
CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
