Responsibilities
Lead month-end close cycle: prepare and post recurring and adjusting journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and month-to-date/quarter-to-date variance analyses
Perform complex balance sheet reconciliations (intercompany, fixed assets, inventory, prepaid/deferral accounts) and resolve discrepancies
Support external audits and internal control testing; prepare schedules and respond to auditor inquiries
Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance
Assist with periodic forecasting, budgeting inputs, and ad-hoc financial analyses as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4–7 years of progressive general accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close
Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience supporting external audits
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Infor, NetSuite)
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
