Responsibilities
The position requires a strong ability to communicate with business representatives, understand and translate business requirements into system requirements, and produce technical specifications
The role also involves coding, unit testing, and collaborating with peers and business representatives to ensure that solutions align with business needs
Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a Mathematics-related field
Foundational knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Visual Studio, SQL Server, and Java
Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential
Strong ability to communicate with business representatives
Ability to understand and translate business requirements into system requirements
Ability to produce technical specifications
Involvement in coding and unit testing
Collaboration with peers and business representatives to ensure that solutions align with business needs
Commitment to providing optimal service, including participating in an on-call rotation for system support
Willingness to work outside of standard hours when necessary to meet project deadlines
Preferred
A basic understanding of accounting principles is considered an advantage
