This role focuses on physical product innovation in the Food & Beverage industry, driving projects from early concept through commercialization while partnering closely with various leaders to efficiently bring innovation to market.

Responsibilities
Lead all Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives
Enable fit-for-purpose agile ways of working across physical product innovation
Build, manage, and continuously adapt project timelines amid uncertainty and change
Partner with Product Owner & Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end innovation & commercialization
Remove impediments related to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and resourcing
Track and report agile metrics (capacity, maturity, CSAT, velocity)
Maintain clear documentation of backlog, sprint goals, risks, and decisions
Guide retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
Ensure alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
Tailor agile workflows to physical product development (packaging changes, machinery timelines, test-and-learn launches)
Support backlog prioritization and focus on highest-impact initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in Food & Beverage industry experience (required)
Strong background in operations-focused innovation project management
Hands-on experience with physical product innovation & packaging projects
Knowledge of manufacturing, factory engineering, machinery changes, and supply chain alignment
Strong Agile/Scrum experience in product development & commercialization
Proven ability to manage projects with high uncertainty and frequent changes
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Self-driven, proactive working style
Preferred
Experience supporting test-and-learn innovation cycles
Commercialization process expertise
Understanding of packaging changes, formula changes, feasibility constraints, and machinery timelines
1–2 years of hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies and managing sprints
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
