Director/ExecutiveAerospaCS is De Anza College's student-led Aerospace & Coding Club, dedicated to combining curiosity with engineering and computer science. They are seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and align strategies with the club's vision and mission while enhancing member experiences and advancing club goals.

Oversee daily operations
Manage resources to achieve organizational goals
Work closely with leadership to align strategies with AerospaCS's vision and mission
Optimize project management practices
Ensure operational efficiency
Establish performance metrics
Manage budgets and profit/loss (P&L)
Enhance member experiences through improved processes
Lead strategic efforts to advance club goals and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Operations Management and P&L Management expertise to ensure resource optimization and financial accountability
Proven experience in Strategic Planning and Project Management for driving organizational goals and managing complex initiatives
Strong Customer Service skills to enhance member engagement and satisfaction
Exemplary leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Preferred
Passion for aerospace, engineering, or technology fields is preferred
Experience in nonprofit or student-led organizations is a plus
