Responsibilities
Create and manage color palettes, narratives, blocking strategies and other customization details for performance and lifestyle footwear
Collaborate with NBY design and cross-functional teammates as well as inline counterparts to deliver compelling and unique customization opportunities to our consumer
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
3+ years of relevant work experience in designing and developing innovative footwear and other products
Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives
Knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, and trend as they relate to elevating the consumer experience
Experience with presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
Preferred
Graphic design experience is a valued plus
