In this role, you will be responsible for identifying job opportunities and building strong relationships with employers in the healthcare and IT sectors to support employment outcomes for students.

Responsibilities
Proactively contact and cultivate relationships with local and regional employers in the healthcare and IT industries
Identify and develop job leads, internships, and externships for students and recent graduates
Collaborate with Career Services staff to align employer needs with student skills and interests
Maintain a database of employer contacts and job openings
Represent Hunter Business School at job fairs, networking events, and industry gatherings
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build partnerships with businesses or organizations
Passion for student success and career readiness
Preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare and/or IT job market preferred
Prior experience in job development, sales, business development, or recruiting is a plus
