Responsibilities
The associate will work with partners and senior attorneys on a range of business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, and other complex civil litigation
The practice offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and opportunities to take ownership of key aspects of cases
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in commercial or complex civil litigation
Experience with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Comfortable managing matters with increasing autonomy
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
