Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team
Ensure all equipment and systems are maintained in accordance with food safety and regulatory standards
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
Train and mentor maintenance staff on safety procedures and technical skills
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or similar regulated environment
1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
RETA certification or experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Technical certification or associate degree
