Responsibilities
Coordinate visit schedules directly with patients to meet care needs
Complete Start of Care (SOC) and recertification visits independently
Conduct supervisory visits to support and oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Assess patients, update plans of care, and communicate clinical changes
Document visits and clinical information accurately and on time while following agency and payer guidelines
Qualification
Required
Active RN license in Nevada
Minimum of 2-years clinical experience (post-grad)
Experience in Home Health
Proven experience in G-tube care
Current hands-on CPR certification
Negative TB test within the past year
Preferred
Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, wound care, and infusions is a plus!
