Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary income tax returns
Perform tax planning and research for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
Assist with quarterly and year-end tax projections and estimated payments
Manage client relationships through year-round communication and support
Maintain compliance with current federal and state tax regulations
Support audit responses and correspondence with taxing authorities
Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency within the tax department
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax preparation and compliance
Strong understanding of federal and Texas tax laws
Experience with accounting and tax software (e.g., UltraTax, Lacerte, or ProSeries)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Master's in Taxation
CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
