Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team: set expectations, support development, and drive performance
Travel with salespeople to meet key retail partners, and private clients
Personally manage house accounts to grow volume and maintain loyalty
Set and monitor team sales goals by account
Review client buying patterns, sales history, and product movement to improve results
Work closely with operations and product development to align sales with production and inventory
Represent the brand with professionalism and a strong understanding of fine jewelry and luxury clientele

Required

7–10+ years in fine jewelry or related sales, with at least 3 in a leadership role
Experience in fine jewelry, diamonds, watches, or luxury accessories
Proven success managing high-value accounts in a luxury environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfort with frequent domestic travel
Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing and sales cycles
