Represent lenders and/or borrowers in transactional real estate matters
Conduct customary due diligence review and analysis, including title insurance, survey, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation
Qualification
Required
3 – 5 years of transactional real estate experience (either real estate finance or commercial real estate) representing lenders and/or borrowers
Active member of the New York or Florida bar
Preferred
