Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored water treatment solutions
Prepare technical proposals, process designs, and equipment specifications
Support the sales team with technical presentations and client meetings
Collaborate with R&D and product management to develop new solutions
Conduct pilot testing and performance evaluations
Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning
Ensure technical compliance with licensing principles
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of water treatment technologies and trends

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in water/wastewater treatment or industrial water systems
Strong understanding of water treatment processes (e.g., clarification, filtration, RO, ion exchange, biological treatment)
Proficiency in process simulation tools and CAD software is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial
