Responsibilities
Thorough understanding of various conveyance documents, land related contracts and agreements, including but not limited to, fee simple, rights-of-way, leases, easements, licenses, permits and releases
Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action
Ability to plan and organize workload, adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision

Qualification
Required
Thorough understanding of various conveyance documents, land related contracts and agreements, including but not limited to, fee simple, rights-of-way, leases, easements, licenses, permits and releases
Perform internal and external due diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of land rights or to identify and bring forward deficiencies requiring curative action
Ability to plan and organize workload, adjusts to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
Effectively use Owner's established policies, procedures, processes to perform work
Knowledge of settlement instruments and contract terms
Through knowledge of how to read and interpret land legal descriptions
Must be proficient in land title research in courthouse and other government offices of record and be able to prepare chain of title
Prepare and utilize spreadsheets to support Real Estate efforts
Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Right of Way/Real Estate industry with at least 1 year working in the capacity of a Title Agent
