Responsibilities
The intern will have business customer contact
Will be responsible for providing high-quality, high-touch telephone and written customer service to business and commercial clients regarding collateralization and bids; identifying and resolving customer issues/problems in a prompt and timely manner, while handling both inbound and outbound customer communications
Responsibility for managing the bank’s cash position with Correspondent Banks and excess cash will also be taught
Intern may also be assigned to assist with additional projects in the department
Qualification
Required
Business or Information Systems related degree
Completed 60 credit hours
At least a 3.0 GPA
Exceptional Word and Excel skills
Professional communication skills
Ability to work with clients on the phone or in person
Professional demeanor
Sense of confidentiality
