Lead and support enhancements and projects related to UKG WFM Pro time and attendance service
Manage ongoing support and system implementation
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with global payroll strategies and local payroll practices
Support integrations using UKG integration tools and third-party solutions
Track work intake, testing, and documentation (preferred: Azure DevOps)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with: UKG WFM Pro – all aspects of this solution (Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Analytics, Mobile Access, Integrations, Cyclic updates, etc.…)
5+ years leading enhancements and projects end-to-end
Proven ability to manage time and attendance tracking support and enhancements across multiple countries
Fluent in spoken and written English
Preferred
UKG integration tools (i.e.. Boomi)
Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for work intake tracking and test script recording is preferred
Boomi integration certification is a nice to have
