Responsibilities

Collaborates with regional and national leadership to develop the annual market growth plan
Partners with the Market Leader and Finance to establish clear, achievable sales goals for the team and individuals, ensuring alignment with both short- and long-term business objectives
Owns responsibility for achieving organic and net growth targets by driving disciplined sales execution and ensuring pipeline health, cross-practice collaboration, and retention of key clients
Clearly communicates sales goals, expectations, and progress to the team
Uses data-driven insights to monitor performance, course-correct in real time, and celebrate wins that reinforce a culture of accountability and success
Actively mentors producers and sales team members through consistent coaching, field collaboration, and joint client engagement
Develops talent by modeling strong sales behaviors, guiding opportunity strategy, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement
Partners directly with field leadership to advance new business opportunities
Provides strategic oversight and executive presence in client meetings to help close high-value opportunities and strengthen market positioning
Proactively recruits and cultivates a diverse pipeline of high-performing sales talent
Works closely with recruiting and leadership to ensure ongoing development and readiness for future growth opportunities
Analyzes local market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
Translates insights into actionable strategies to expand market share and capture new revenue streams
Leads weekly accountability meetings to review performance metrics, top opportunities, activity levels, and network expansion
Ensures team alignment, transparency, and focus on results
Partners with local and national marketing teams to shape the market brand strategy, including engagement with centers of influence (COIs), key networking events, and thought leadership opportunities
Promotes market visibility through events, campaigns, and public presence
Identifies priority industry verticals and collaborates with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that drive lead generation and deepen market penetration
Tracks and evaluates key sales metrics, including wins, vertical performance, and market conversion rates
Leverages insights to refine strategy and optimize results
Partners with the Market Leader to engage with potential M&A prospects, representing the market’s growth culture and sales strategy
Provides input during early integration to ensure alignment with OneDigital’s growth framework

Required

Bachelor's degree, required
10+ years of proven sales leadership experience
