Responsibilities

Drive multi-location performance
Own revenue, margin, and customer experience outcomes across assigned dealerships
Standardize and scale execution
Implement and enforce consistent operating processes while allowing for market-level nuance
Lead and develop dealership leadership
Coach, evaluate, and hold General Managers and senior leaders accountable to performance targets
Translate strategy into results
Execute corporate initiatives, turnarounds, acquisitions, and integrations at the field level
Ensure governance and brand protection
Maintain compliance with OEM standards, regulatory requirements, and brand expectations

Required

Proven multi-unit leadership experience
10+ years leading high-volume, multi-location automotive or comparable retail operations
Strong financial and operational acumen
Demonstrated success managing P&L performance and driving EBITDA improvement
Data-driven operator
Fluency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems
Executive-level leadership presence
Ability to influence senior leaders, boards, and ownership groups
Change and scale capability
Track record of leading turnarounds, integrations, or rapid growth environments
