Precut over Invoice Cleanup / Carrier Statement Reviews POT (Pay On Time) refresh in both Excel + Power BI CFF validation (weekly / month end) Incl
Booking non-CFF Freight activity (cross-docking services, etc)
FA&P KPI Refresh in Excel Physical Checks – Researching and following up on checks with carriers and claims to apply GL coding allocation ACH Checks
Working in tandem with Condata, treasury and coding allocation by EOM
Track Outside Services financials (monthly to compare to Budget + Trend
Qualification
Required
Finance or Accounting background (preferably in the FP&A space)
Experience compiling and analyzing data across multiple systems
