Chief Revenue Officer

Responsibilities
Own and articulate a compelling, unified revenue vision across origination and platform businesses
Own the end-to-end revenue architecture across multiple monetization models
Leading the team selling our platform proposition to banks, non-bank lenders, and embedded partners
Leading the team serving our end customers (small businesses) high-volume business loan products
In partnership with Ops, Product, and Marketing, own the GTM strategy and vision for emerging product lines
Set a clear, uncompromising standard for what “best-in-class” sales execution and customer experience look like in a product led organization—and what they do not
Inspire teams through change, setting the bar for performance, professionalism, and purpose
Drive a culture where ambition, accountability, and trust coexist
Own revenue growth, forecasting, pipeline health, and performance across all channels for all business lines
Balance growth, conversion, margin, and retention—without sacrificing customer trust
Establish disciplined operating rhythms, metrics, and accountability across the revenue org
Drive consistent execution at scale while continuously improving quality
Build an environment that attracts, develops, and empowers exceptional revenue leaders
Make decisive talent decisions in service of the long-term vision of the company
Design compensation, incentives, and performance expectations that reward quality outcomes in strategic alignment with the company vision
Partner with ops and marketing to build education, training, and enablement programs that develop sales teams who are strong strategic partners to both our clients and our internal organization
Build a sales culture people actively seek out to join
Establish and scale a consultative GTM motion that clearly articulates Lendio’s platform value to both Lenders & Partners
Align pipeline to the target ICP, and set transparent expectations that lead to successful onboarding and long-term ecosystem engagement
Champion a differentiated SMB experience grounded in transparency, speed, and trust
Ensure sales behaviors align with Lendio’s brand and long-term customer value
Use insight and feedback loops to continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey
Accelerate the adoption of modern tools—including AI-driven capabilities—to improve decision-making, productivity, and consistency across the revenue organization
Ensure technology intelligently enhances human judgment and customer relationships
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to:
Embed intelligence into daily workflows
Improve lead prioritization, matching, and execution
Translate revenue-side insight into product evolution
Hold leaders accountable not just to results, but to effective adoption tools, processes, and systems that drive scalability of results
Serve as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team and act as a connective force across functions
Operate as the “point guard” of the organization—creating clarity, alignment, and momentum
Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to ensure revenue strategy and company strategy move together
Qualification
Required
Proven revenue leader who has scaled complex organizations
Strategic SaaS GTM leader who is eager to help drive from 0 to 1 with emerging lines
Ambitious, charismatic, and operationally disciplined
Comfortable leading through change and making hard calls early
Deeply customer-centric, with a long-term view of value creation
Fluent in modern revenue tooling and thoughtful about the role of AI in sales
