Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and retain PRN clinicians (CNA, LVN, RN, allied)
Maintain active coverage for 900–1,000 weekly hours
Manage last-minute call-offs and urgent fill requests
Build and maintain a reliable PRN candidate pool
Act as primary contact for assigned facilities
Manage schedules, coverage expectations, and performance issues
Strengthen relationships to increase weekly hour volume
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Ensure compliance and credential expirations are tracked
Coordinate with payroll and billing teams
Provide weekly reporting on hours, coverage gaps, and growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
2+ years healthcare staffing experience (PRN or per-diem required)
Proven ability to manage high-volume PRN desks
Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
Comfortable owning outcomes and being accountable for hours
