Responsibilities
Support debit network setups and bank sponsorship initiatives and projects
Entitle merchants for debit processing including but not limited to 23 debits networks on multiple Fiserv platforms
Evaluate and support new onboarding of sponsorship including but not limited to creating BIN and ICA for debit processing
Provide support for documenting procedures
Partner with other Associates within the Debit Ops team to support research, projects, and ad hoc task

Required
Technical expertise: Adobe (PDF)
Technical expertise: DocuSign
Technical expertise: Excel
Technical expertise: Word
5 years professional experience focused on merchant / client implementation / client entitlement
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to work, stay focused, and organize in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Ability to work under pressure to resolve issues affecting production services
