Responsibilities

Perform research on best practices for observability, automation, and tooling
Analyze performance, reliability, and error data to identify trends and propose improvements
Help maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and process guides
Contribute to application codebases by implementing small updates, writing helper functions, or fixing low‑complexity bugs
Write and maintain unit, integration, or end‑to‑end test code to improve reliability and prevent regressions
Help analyze performance, reliability, and error data to identify trends or issues

Required

Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Hold a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science or similar areas of study
Basic programming fundamentals (any language)
Source control using git (GitHub, GitLab, ADO, etc.)
Understanding of APIs & JSON
Basic debugging/troubleshooting skills
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities

Preferred

Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with HTML/CSS
Exposure to AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, etc.)
Experience with React, Next.js a plus
And of course, loves doughnuts!
