Responsibilities
Analyze rejected electronic assemblies using various test equipment, simulators, and troubleshooting skills
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex problems, define corrective actions, and communicate findings effectively
Identify vendor vs. process defects and write detailed failure analysis reports
Record data of failures and clearly explain diagnoses
Work independently and adapt to varying conditions
Support factory operations on weekends when required
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology required
Proficiency in operating/setting up electronics equipment (signal generator, modulation/audio analyzers, spectrum analyzer, power meter, oscilloscopes, etc.)
RF knowledge and 1–3 years of related experience
Strong electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills required
100% onsite presence required
Steel toe boots are mandatory
Preferred
Bachelor's preferred
Ability to read and interpret schematics for component‑level troubleshooting is a PLUS
Extensive knowledge of 2‑way subscriber products is a PLUS
