Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Serve as first-line support for employee relations questions and concerns
Administer benefits and leaves of absence; respond to employee inquiries
Ensure HR compliance, reporting, and data integrity across systems
Partner with the HR team on process improvements, audits, and HR projects
Support HR programs such as open enrollment, development planning, and compensation cycles
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or similar role
Strong background in benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance
Experience supporting multi-state or distributed employee populations
Proficiency with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred) and HR reporting
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; detail-oriented and systems savvy
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
