Prospect for new listings through calls, texts, emails, and in-person outreach Consistent prospecting is the foundation of a successful listing business, helping you build a strong pipeline of potential sellers
Conduct listing presentations and pricing consultations with homeowners Builds trust, showcases your expertise, and helps clients feel confident in choosing you to sell their home
Coordinate home preparation and staging recommendations Ensures properties are market-ready and positioned to attract maximum buyer interest, leading to faster sales and higher offers
Develop and execute marketing strategies for each listing Drives exposure through professional photography, signage, online promotion, and open houses, generating more showings and stronger results
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and feedback Keeps sellers informed, reduces stress, and builds a smooth, professional experience that leads to repeat and referral business
Negotiate offers and navigate contract terms through closing Protects your clients’ best interests, maximizes their results, and ensures deals stay on track to close successfully
Maintain accurate records and use CRM tools for follow-up Helps you stay organized, prioritize key relationships, and build a consistent, scalable business over time
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) Required to legally represent clients in buying and selling real estate transactions
Proven communication and interpersonal skills Essential for building rapport with clients, delivering strong listing presentations, and negotiating effectively
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed This is a performance-based role that rewards initiative, consistency, and follow-through
