Responsibilities
Determine and/or evaluate tariff classifications for new and existing products
Gather information regarding new products from appropriate internal and external sources
Assist in compiling or reviewing customs documents for commercial shipments
Prepare and manage documents and data for USMCA certificates and other Free Trade Agreements
Update Certificates of Origin as needed throughout the calendar year
Research current and new trade laws or requirements for obtaining Free Trade benefits
Obtain other documents necessary for exporting and importing goods
Qualification
Required
Two+ years experience with global trade and customs
Experience with customs, tariff classification, and related documentation
Gather information regarding new products from appropriate internal and external sources
Assist in compiling or reviewing customs documents for commercial shipments
Prepare and manage documents and data for USMCA certificates and other Free Trade Agreements
Update Certificates of Origin as needed throughout the calendar year
Research current and new trade laws or requirements for obtaining Free Trade benefits
Obtain other documents necessary for exporting and importing goods
Preferred
Four year college degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics
Experience with SAP
Nu Skin functional or logistics experience
Licensed Customs Broker
