Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical and operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhancing patient outcomes
Develop, maintain, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on key quality indicators and performance metrics to stakeholders
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to design, implement, and evaluate quality improvement projects
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards, by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting
Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of quality initiatives using data-driven approaches and recommend adjustments as necessary
Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to communicate findings, share best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement methodologies, data interpretation, and the use of reporting tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Allied Health
Minimum of 3 years related experience in healthcare setting, preferably in a role related to quality improvement, data analysis, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, SQL) and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Familiarity with healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation processes

Preferred

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
