Responsibilities
Monitor and track enforcement performance against key metrics to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable enforcement strategies for cross-functional teams
Identify, prioritize, and implement strategies to reduce the presence of potentially harmful content on the platform
Develop enforcement signals and refine moderation strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency
Design and advance proactive and reactive enforcement methodologies that extend beyond human moderation, collaborating with product teams to enhance automated model enforcement
Review graphic and potentially offensive video content to ensure policy compliance
Evaluate and improve training materials, while advocating for necessary tooling and technology enhancements to support enforcement efforts
Collaborate with policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and public relations teams to innovate and evolve safety strategies, leveraging the latest industry developments and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, behavioral sciences, or a related field
Experience in Trust and Safety, with demonstrated exposure to child safety, policy enforcement, and policy development
Strong understanding of automation, model policy frameworks, and enforcement metrics
Proficiency in data analysis to inform and optimize enforcement strategies
Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and balance complex trade-offs in developing principled enforcement strategies
Experience collaborating effectively across international teams spanning multiple time zones and cultures
Preferred
Experience contributing to newly formed teams within established organizations
Proven track record in launching innovative strategies and leading 0-1 initiatives
Strong business judgment, with proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively
