Responsibilities
Lead and manage network and wireless projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk mitigation planning
Build, develop, and motivate high-performing project teams by providing clear direction, purpose, and accountability
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project deliverables meet defined scope, timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints
Continuously monitor project progress and proactively adjust scope, schedules, or budgets to address risks and changing business needs
Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and changes
Define and enforce project governance, including scope management processes, quality benchmarks, and performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle
Assign and track resources across multiple workstreams to maximize efficiency and delivery outcomes
Manage integrated, multi-track project activities across digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential initiatives where applicable
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors, service providers, and research teams
Prepare and submit timely project reports, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management
Escalate issues and risks as needed in alignment with the approved project work plan
Qualification
Required
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in a dedicated project management role
Strong experience managing network and wireless-related projects
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels
Experience supporting or delivering web technologies and software platforms with a focus on usability and performance
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Strong attention to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
