Responsibilities
Perform provisioning and activation tasks with precision and consistency
Follow step-by-step procedures to ensure error-free operations
Operate and test on mobile devices as part of daily tasks
Document processes and report any issues or inconsistencies
Assist in troubleshooting minor technical problems with devices
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Participate in training sessions to learn new tools or processes
Contribute ideas for improving workflow and accuracy
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields from a vocational or technical school
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive steps without error
Comfort with using and navigating smartphones and mobile devices
Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication skills and ability to document work clearly
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
This role will be 100% onsite
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
