Bring your technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in unmanned systems and autonomy on projects for Naval Aviation
Develop and market solutions in support of Naval Aviation program offices and fleet users

Qualification

Required

20+ years of experience in military, government, or industry executive work with Naval Aviation
Experience in NAVAIR Program Offices with leadership roles spanning all elements of operations
Experience with unmanned aviation systems
Knowledge of NAVAIR operating principles and operations
Knowledge of innovative technical approaches for rapid client delivery
Ability to lead people, interface with senior leadership, and drive new business in the market space
Ability to apply technical innovation and unique acquisition approaches to solve challenging problems
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Science field

Preferred

Experience with the Navy Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) program
Ability to drive market engagement and work capture and shape efforts to secure new work within the market
Master's degree in a Science field
